What is TradingwithEA?

TradingwithEA is the name I compete under in the Dukascopy Strategy Contest — and it’s how I trade: ideas get written down as Expert Advisors (EAs), automated strategies that follow rules decided in advance rather than emotions decided in the moment. Under that name I took 1st place in the contest twice.

This page collects everything on the blog about trading: EAs and MetaTrader, price action patterns, indicators written in MQ4, and a series on applying Sun Tzu’s Art of War to the markets.

Most of my newer trading research — COT positioning, currency strength, expected value — is written in Chinese. See the Chinese TradingwithEA hub (your browser can translate it).
