此頁麵本來是我本人自己平時練習,平時無甚流量,故無可不可。
今天有網友留言問到,那需要更新一下頁麵。
緣起:
這個練眼力頁麵是因我無意中發現一個自療假性近視的網站endmyopia.org,加之我打算讓兒子學習javascript的編程,故此做了這麼一個小工具。
本人訓練效果:endmyopia.org有收費的教程,我並沒有實踐過他們的方法,一直采用這個頁麵。剛開始訓練的比較勤力,到了一個瓶頸後,正常視力有小部分回升,但經過一段時間的工作看碟,基本上又下降到以前的水平。
無意之得是初步體會了凝神,凝神-集中注意力看能將正常絕不可能看見的小字看出來。
然而不集中注意力看,則視力依然如故。歸因為現階段肉身尚未達到靈寶定觀經之第二候宿疾普銷,身心清爽,故不可能達到更強的視力恢複這個級數。
在道藏裏麵看到兩則關於治療目疾的描述:

吾嚐有目疾。晝夜睜目注視,以去其昏。閉之少頃,而再行焉。積功,可察秋毫矣。

故此頁麵工具方便用法為:
- 端正坐好,離屏幕30-50公分,方便操作鼠標即可
- 摘掉眼鏡練習,每次保持與屏幕基本一樣的距離,方便記錄進度
- 下滑尋找合適大小文字
- 可修改文字內容、顏色
- 鼠標放在該文字上點擊出全屏
- 盡量將文字看清
- 每次可以練習5分鍾以上
- 結束後來回旋轉眼睛,避免疲勞
- 記錄每次文字大小,日減其數則眼力日增。
